BEYONCE'S ACNE FILLED FACE!

I have seen this picture of Beyonce for some time now but I tried to convince myself that it can't be true.
With all the funds in her possession and her husband's own too, don't you guys think she would afford to get a product that would prevent all the pimples and stuff on her face, the story is that this is one of the untouched picture from a shoot she did.
I think its this one that might have been Photoshopped. What do you guys think?

    You don't get younger, you get older, you are a celeb doesn't mean you aren't human! There is no amount of face treatment, that can prevent aging, cus the truth always caught up one day! So my own story is that! One day, Mr. Tortise and Mr. Dog went to a farm to steal yam.......... To round it of, Queen Bey is getting older! So its normal for her face to be like that! Maybe she likes it Natural!
