Update on Taiwan plane crash

Investigators in Taiwan says both engines failed in the plane that crashed, the aviation safety council says that the pilot issued a mayday call 35 seconds after the initial failure. The accident has left 35 people dead, several others missing and jst in the past hour an official has confirmed that one engine suffered a flame-out (when flames are extinguished in the combustion chamber of the engine so that it shuts down and no longer drives the propeller).
