A female (teenager) was burnt to death is Bauchi after refusing to be searched with a detector before entering the market.
Due to the recent experiences of suicide bomber, people have been extra careful expecially in crowed places like parks and markets. This happened in a market it Borno state. They use a metal detector to search everyone that goes into the market for safety reasons. The girl in question refused to be searched.
An angry mob beat her up and then sprinkle fuel on her head and set her ablaze, she was accused of being a suicide bomber, police say the woman was already dead before they arrived the scene.
Note that when she was searched after all this, there was nothing on her, but people said she was with a man that ran when the mob gathered.
