A four years old girl riding on her bicycle was be headed in Taiwan in a random knife attack. The man who is 33 years old attacked the girl in front of her mother on their was to a metro station.
The mother of the girl said she was riding her bike when it got stuck and she saw the man approach her daughter and she taught he wanted to her her with her bike but she saw him draw out a knife and be headed her. The mother said she immediately grabbed him but couldn't pull him away until people heard and rushed to hold the man down before police arrived. They said the man bought the knife that day and waited at the metro, just like a premeditated crime, his name is Wang.
