So much similarities, you can't deny the resemblance. They are lost brothers, this is the real definition of brother from another mother.
Am guessing the other man might have died a long time ago but Wayne should do his research on this man because this could be his real daddy or grand daddy before they migrated into America.They even have similarities in their hair do, mess the hair is not just for the looks, its a personal thing.
