INEC Confirms complete distribution of PVC

The Independent National Electoral Commission has said 52,233,396 people have collected their permanent voter cards.

According to an electronic mail sent to journalists on Tuesday by the commission, the figure represented 75.88 per cent of the 68,833,476 registered voters nationwide.

It explained that the PVCs were of the total number distributed as of Tuesday, February 17, 2015.
