George Maduabuchi ran out of luck when his wife alerted the police when the baby fell ill and the father took him out and did not return with him.
George said he did not sell his son but only took him to the herbalist when he fell sick. He said, "the herbalist gave me money and told me he could not heal the baby, I therefore left the baby in the herbalist house."
His wife Eberechi who is also pregnant, said he took their son who has cough to the herbalist but instead of returning with the child, he returned with bundles of money.
She then raised an alarm which alerted the neighbours that helped to arrest the husband. He then led the police to the home of the herbalist where the boy was recovered.
it has being the lifestyle of people leaving in the easthern nigeria from baby factory to selling of child even there there own child.
