ANGRY MOB BEAT PHCN OFFICIAL THAT CAME TO CUT THEIR LIGHT IN BARIGA!
I just saw this tweet on one guys page on twitter about an official from PHNC who around Bariga today went to cut light in the area and was dragged down the ladder and beaten. View tweets after the cut...
The people in the area must have been really frustrated, but the official is not responsible for the availability of light, he is just doing his job as ordered from above. God help us with this light issue.

I wouldn't say he deserved it, cus no more deserves it, but he called for it! Those people must be in real frustration, I just had the opportunity to charge my phone this evening!
