BORNO STATE GOVERNOR TACKLES POVERTY BY GIVING FOOD OUT!

More than 2000 residents of the state were dazed with a bag of rice, a bag of maize and a gallon of cooking oil each. 
It occurred during the “All Initiative 2015″ in Southern Borno.

I am not moved by this because I feel they should provide jobs not rice for people, can they keep this rice give away up forever?

    that am poor does not mean i we go an pick there campaign rice since the cant provide a job than rice.
