RUN AWAY HOUSE HELP CAUGHT AND CHAINED!

I got this story from my sister, in Ikorodu town, Lagos state, an undisclosed woman needed a househelp to help her at home and at her shop so she asked around and got to know about one woman that brings girls to work as househelp and get paid. The woman asked for a househelp and got a young girl from Calabar, I don't know her age but from her look she is a minor.

The girl has been working there with the woman until 11days ago she ran away from the house. All efforts to find her proved abortive, until one day the woman that she was working for found her at popular garage bustop in Ikorodu and dragged her home.

When asked why she ran she said she missed her mother and wanted to go home, she said she slept under the bridge at one Jumofak bustop also at Ikorodu and went to garage to beg for money during the day within the 11 days she ran away.

This is where you guys come in, the woman took a drastic step to chain the girl's legs to prevent her from running before her madam came to carry her back to Calabar. Is this just? View picture after the cut...
