Joseph Agama, the brother of Petroleum Minister, Alison-Madueke, has today 19th March, been kidnapped by unidentified gunmen.
The incident is said to have happened around 12:30 a.m at Yenaka Community, a coastal settlement in Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa state .The gunmen took Agama to an unknown destination after abandoning the boat they arrived the scene of the incident with.
Police has confirmed the case, adding that it received a distress call from his father, Maxwell Agama, after his son was taken away.
The perpetrators are yet to contact Agama’s family for a ransom.
The kidnap of the minister's brother comes six months after her sister was kidnapped last year.
