I have a question for you guys and i have been thinking about it for sometime now. This morning i found a fact this morning about male penis (just inquisitive lol). The fact is that:
*Germany is the world capital for penis enlargement, with roughly eight out of every 100,000 adult German males opting for the procedure.
Now that you have read this fact am not here to judge this Germans now maybe later but the questions i have is generally on penis enlargement and i genuinely want to be enlightened.
The questions are thus:
*How do doctors enlarge penis because there is obviously no extra space there to add more D and what do they add there, is it that they remove the real thing and put something else just like breast implant?
*What do they actually enlarge, the lenght or the width, LMAO?
On a serious note though i will like to know.
