Clearly Nicki Minaj is strict with her security detail. During a performance on stage one of her security crew member was distracted with his phone instead of doing his job, so Nicki paused her performance and walked over to the man, seized his phone and threw it away.
Now people have plenty opinions about her move, some say she was rude to seize his phone like a child, others say she shouldn't have thrown it away, instead she should have kept it or given other security.
Well the fact is she is a celebrity, and this means her security is supposed to be tight, i think for her to make that move, she must have warned them before about such actions.
