The 2016 Billboard Music Awards is a music award ceremony that was held on May 22, 2016, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The beautiful Ciara attended the event and as usual wowed everyone. She is someone we cant actually predict what she will wear but the one thing that is for sure predictable is that she always steps out daring in her outfit.
The above pictures is her look for the Billboard Awards yesterday, this dress is very risk and daring and it has so much different views, its very easy for the dress to turn from classy to slutty.
In a situation where someone with bigger bust and booty wears this it will definitely come out tacky and trashy, but with Ciara she has the perfect figure and composure that she fills it off. She looks so chic in the dress. Its a HIT for me!
