PDP BUYING PVC?
APC has raised an alarm that PDP has been buying PVC. According to APC, they buy peoples PVC from them for 10,000naira. They are said to also intimidate people and seize their PVC. PDP also established recently a company that gives out loan of about 50,000naira to women to empower them, but in order to get this loan they have to submit their PVS.
It is now obvious that the urge to postpone the election for another 6weeks is a strategy to compile more PVC.
How can a country grow when corruption is the order of the day? God help us. But this story is from APC which is the opposition, so i reserve my comment.

illiterates , they don't know what to say, again, it is buying PVC, how did they know they are buying PVC if they themselves are not buying PVC! No Proof they are buying PVC, just a propaganda, this people are not change at all! In fact my Motion was against Buhari, not it is against the whole APC. They should go and sleep, #GEJWINS2015
